Tyrell Cobb’s stepfather Matthew Ian Scown is sentenced to four years in prison for the 2009 manslaughter of his four-year-old stepson Tyrell Cobb, who died from a blunt force trauma injury to his abdomen. Due to time already served, Scown will be released today.
